For over 30 years, Ron has provided commercial real estate valuation, consulting, and brokerage services in Florida. As the go-to real estate expert in Central Florida, Ron has a wide range of experience across virtually all types of commercial real estate.
John’s first real estate position was as a file hunter in a South Florida appraisal office in 1991, while still in high school. That sparked his interest in the field and, a few years later, he pursued a degree in Real Estate and Urban Analysis from the University of Florida. In 1999, John transitioned from his position as a Multi-Family Property Manager to a Multi-National Brokerage with a focus on Investment Sales in Tampa Bay.
Decades in the industry have brought a depth of experience and know-how when it comes to creating multi-generational wealth for his clients via strategic leasing and sale transactions. Case in point, John managed the CRE assets of a client while nearly tripling the value, eventually brokering the disposition of their 9-figure portfolio. John strives to make a difference in the lives of his clients, family, and community through his dedication to his work and various philanthropic and humanitarian contributions.
Jeff has been active in commercial real estate for 40 years and counting. Prior to Vantix, he worked for several multi-national brokerage and real estate development firms. During his career, Jeff has completed over 10 million square feet in commercial transactions and has been named a CoStar Power Broker multiple times.
Less than 10% of commercial real estate practitioners are Certified Commercial Investment Members (CCIM) – Jeff has been a CCIM for the past 25 years. All CCIMs are required to submit a portfolio of qualifying transactions and complete ethics coursework, so you can rest assured that with Jeff in your corner, you’re receiving guidance aligned with the highest industry standards.
Jeff has keen, first-hand retail experience having opened, operated and sold four national retail franchise concepts. He is proud to use his vast experience in brokerage and development to find optimal real estate opportunities for his clients.
Jennifer started her career at a multinational real estate firm and has been actively involved with real estate business management for over 15 years. She provides the operational platform that allows our team to serve our clients efficiently and effectively. Jennifer also oversees other parts of the Vantix business including human resources, information technology, accounting, facilities, and personnel management and is proud to make a difference in our community and clients’ lives.
Kevin Mineer has more than 30 years of experience with land development in master planning, zoning and the public hearing process. He provides professional services related to eminent domain, zoning and land use classifications, potential uses and site requirements.
Gabriella began her real estate career nearly 27 years ago. Gabriella initially started in property management, and now oversees all facets of research, staffing, database management, and office operations for Vantix. Gabriella supports the valuation and brokerage team and is responsible for customer relations, marketing, and research for each assignment.
